💻 The Role

We’re looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Business Applications Associate to join our team. This is a Full-Time Remote position based in the United States. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for customizing, maintaining, optimizing, and training our teams on critical business tools like our CRM and communication platforms. You’ll partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Data Analytics, and IT to ensure our systems are running smoothly, processes are well-documented, and teams are empowered to work efficiently.

This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role on the front line working with operational teams. You will be directly responsible for converting complex workflows to business requirements and ultimately into scalable, stable systems and processes. This role is critical to unlock our ability to scale quickly and operate efficiently, bringing our mission to more families across the nation.

The Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing a Customer Relationship Management tool (i.e. Salesforce Admin Certificate or equivalent)
  • 2+ years of experience with managing business operations tools (i.e. Communications applications, Gsuite)
  • 2+ years of experience documenting business requirements for operational processes and workflows
  • Experience with SOC best practices and requirements is preferred
  • A background in healthcare is preferred
  • Experience at a growth-stage start-up is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Ownership - Maintain, customize, administer, and optimize business tools, including our CRM (Salesforce) and communication platforms.
  • Operational Excellence - Create, update, and deliver training on systems and processes to ensure adoption and effective usage across teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and ensure smooth integration of tools and data flows

Analysis and Reporting - Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports for operational stakeholdersProcess Optimization - Work with operations teams to simplify workflows, eliminate manual work, and enhance process scalabilityContinuous Improvement - Research, test, and implement emerging tools and integration approaches that can transform the way we operate

    • This is a Full-Time position with an estimated base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 annually.
