Role Overview
The Onboarding and Engagement Coordinator is responsible for providing hands-on support throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging transition for new hires at Anduril. This role is essential in fostering a welcoming atmosphere and aligning new team members with the company's culture, ways of working, and expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, working in partnership with various internal teams to deliver a well-rounded program.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new hires, offering assistance, resolving any issues, and providing a supportive onboarding experience.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with supporting departments to facilitate a cohesive and effective onboarding process.
  • Keep onboarding materials, checklists, and documentation up-to-date with the latest company information and procedures.
  • Facilitate orientation sessions that effectively convey the company's culture and expected performance standards. Suggest and improve content as needed.
  • Track the progress of new employees during the onboarding stage, confirming that all training and procedural requirements are met.
  • Offer continuous assistance and develop and provide resources to new employees to facilitate their smooth integration into their respective teams.
  • Manage all correspondence with new hires, including logistics and travel coordination.

Traits and Experience

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in onboarding, people operations, or other logistic or customer service experience.
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ability to function independently and problem-solve with minimal direction.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate and thorough completion of all onboarding tasks.
  • Proficient in using HRIS and other people systems and in reporting and analyzing onboarding data.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Passion for service and commitment to kindness and patience when working with others.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
US Hourly Range
$26$38.75 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
