Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to head our Digital Marketing and Brand Communication efforts. The ideal candidate will spearhead innovative digital marketing strategies, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer engagement across all digital and traditional platforms. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and strong leadership abilities to build and nurture our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

· Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

· Oversee performance marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, SEM, and paid social media advertising, to maximize ROI.

· Drive traffic, leads, and revenue growth through multi-channel digital marketing initiatives.

· Leverage data analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

B. Brand Communication & Strategy

· Craft and execute a compelling brand communication strategy to enhance brand perception and awareness.

· Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing collaterals.

· Lead the development of impactful brand storytelling through content, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.

C. Team Leadership & Collaboration

· Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing digital marketing and brand communication team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment on messaging and objectives
