Human Resources Officer – Payroll, C&B and HRIS is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of payroll operations, benefits administration, and HR system management. This role plays a key part in maintaining employee engagement, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting HR-related budgeting and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll, generate reports, and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Oversee HR system operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance as the system administrator.
  • Manage employee benefits, including provident fund, social security, health insurance claims, annual health checkups, vaccinations, and other benefits.
  • Review, update, and ensure benefits policies align with Thai labor law and company regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and attendance tracking.
  • Provide guidance on C&B-related inquiries and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist supervisors in preparing C&B budgets and related financial planning.
  • Support HR communications, engagement activities, HR projects, including core values programs and other assignments as directed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource, Business Administration, Political Science, Political and Administrative Science or any related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in payroll, compensation & benefits. Experience in HRIS administration, SAP SuccessFactors would be advantages.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Proficient in English both of spoken and written.
  • Able to work independently with be a part of team.
  • Adaptability and eager to learn new things.
  • Able to interact, coordinate and communicate any activities with employees at all levels in the organization.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
