Artsy is looking for a marketing leader to own and scale our B2B marketing function. This role sits at the center of how Artsy engages, activates, and grows relationships with galleries, auction houses, and other business partners.
This is a high‑impact, highly cross‑functional role designed for someone who thrives in environments where the business is evolving, the scope is broad, and success depends on strong judgment rather than rigid playbooks. While Artsy’s product and revenue footprint continues to expand, this role will take the lead on driving demand generation expertise for a portfolio of subscription offerings, and revenue enablement for the B2B sales organization.
This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role at a moment of meaningful evolution for the company. You’ll help define how Artsy partners with the art world, how our teams work together, and how marketing drives durable, long‑term growth.
What You’ll Do at Artsy
-
Lead a small, high-leverage B2B marketing team focused on execution excellence
Own Artsy’s B2B marketing strategy in partnership with Sales and Product
Partner with product marketing to evolve and hone our customer segmentation, positioning, and messaging grounded in real customer needs
-
Own and optimize the full B2B demand generation funnel—from awareness through closed-won
Partner with Sales leadership to define, track, and hit pipeline generation targets
Develop systematic inbound programs (content, SEO, conversion optimization) and outbound campaigns
Build, instrument, and iterate on lead routing infrastructure and scoring models
Partner with Partner Success on adoption/retention programs that grow customer retention and enable new upsell opportunities
Leverage AI tools and workflow automation to eliminate repetitive work and improve lead quality
This Role is a Fit if:
You are a strategic, hands‑on B2B marketing leader who combines strong judgment and leadership skills with a desire to roll up your sleeves and execute flawlessly on individual contributor tasks when needed.
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or go‑to‑market roles in SaaS and/or marketplace businesses
Deep knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
Track record of building and optimizing multi-stage funnels with clear conversion metrics
Experience with lead scoring, routing logic, and revenue attribution models
Proven ability to instrument and report on pipeline health and leading indicators
Have operated in complex or evolving business environments and partnered cross-functionally to achieve results
Are comfortable owning ambiguous problems and creating structure
Enjoy leading through influence without relying on formal authority
Hands-on experience using AI to automate workflows and augment marketing efforts
Experience in the art market is a plus, but not required
