About the Role

As an Operations Associate, you’ll play a vital role in Capsule’s mission to build a smarter, kinder pharmacy experience. You’ll work closely with our pharmacy operations and cross-functional teams to help deliver a seamless, digitally driven service that puts customers first.

• Master our internal operating system: develop full operational knowledge and understanding of pharmacy operations, adhering to strict safety, quality, and production standards.

• Perform production duties: pack customer orders, receive/stow and manage dept inventory.

• Report any discrepancies to your manager.

• Partner with Capsule Pharmacy operation teams to ensure an amazing customer experience across all touchpoints.

• Coordinate with Capsule teams to ensure we deliver on customer’s expectations.

• Work with the pharmacy operations team to meet or exceed company goals and priorities.

Requirements

• Interest in learning and working in a pharmacy environment; must be willing to train and work toward becoming a registered pharmacy technician (we’ll support you through the certification process).

• You are proficient with a computer and Windows PC applications and are able to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications

• Ability to lift twenty (20) pounds. Moving, lifting, or carrying boxes and stand for long periods of time

• You are available to work within operating hours: Chicago Pharmacy Hours: M-F 8a-6p, Sat-Sun 10a-3p
