About the Role

As a Processing Pharmacy Technician, you will provide pharmacy support across multiple markets to ensure prescriptions are processed accurately and patients receive high-quality service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing prescriptions accurately and efficiently in various pharmacy systems

• Performing data entry of patient information and prescription details

• Resolving insurance claims issues and handling adjudications

• Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat

• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies while maintaining patient confidentiality

Requirements

• You have a High School Diploma / GED and prior experience as a pharmacy technician

• You have an active Oregon Pharmacy Technician License and are willing to obtain an Idaho Pharmacy Technician License within 30 days (Capsule will cover the cost and support you through the licensing process)

• You are proficient in pharmacy software systems and accurate with data entry

• You have strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently

• You meet the physical and environmental requirements, including working onsite Monday–Wednesday (10am–6pm PST) and remotely on Sundays with reliable internet and computer access
