About the Role
The TA Operations Manager plays an integral role in Talent Acquisition at Cityblock Health, supporting talent acquisition operations. The TA Ops Manager supports the Head of TA with key metrics and reporting frameworks, system integrations roll out, and utilization. He/she also supports TA projects with a focus on process improvement and maintaining a level of excellence across our TA solutions, along with a strong focus on Employer Brand. He/she works as part of a high performing team, with recruitment responsibilities across all departments and locations.
Responsibilities
Identifies and creates solutions to scale and refine talent acquisition coordination and other TA Operation related areas; understands and evolves current processes to drive efficiencies.
Develops tools, templates, and process documentation that aids in delivering the best experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
Manages the configuration and optimization of the applicant tracking system (ATS) Workday and other TA tech stacks.
Supports the rollout of Cityblock’s Employer Brand, talent acquisition engagement initiatives, and thinks creatively to support the creation of new TA branding opportunities .
Help operationalize our Internal MobilityProgram.
Partners with the Head of TA to define and implement reporting frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of our hiring strategy and processes.
Assists in onboarding new systems and platforms, as the need arises.
Performs regularly scheduled process and system audits to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Manages talent acquisition templates, assets and operational processes, including offer letters, employment agreements, and background checks. Partners with legal and employee relations to ensure accuracy.
Provides support for all aspects of future internship programs including project management and programming, high volume interviewing, intern manager training, and recruitment.
Resolves escalated issues concerning recruiting tools, systems, and operational processes for internal and external clients.
Identifies and reports recruiting process gaps and informs TA leadership with proposed solutions to reduce those gaps.
Participates in projects and initiatives to support the Talent Acquisition Team.
Serves as the liaison between TA, Legal & HR on matters concerning immigration/work visas and independent consultant contracts.
Manages Invoice Processing and Procurement for Talent Acquisition.
Contributes to broader HR operations initiatives and projects as requested
Supports system roll outs and implementation, development and roll out of manager training, and supports with communicating system updates to the business.
Requirements for the Role
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in talent acquisition operations or recruiting; to include improving TA processes and systems.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a progressive recruiting function; to include previous full life cycle recruiting experience
Experience implementing and maintaining ATS systems.
Adept at the use of Google Suite, including the ability to perform data analysis using vlookups, pivot tables, and formulas.
Attention to detail and ability to create and maintain TA processes.
Excellent time and task management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience taking end-to-end ownership of projects and programs and driving results with a strong sense of efficiency, accuracy, follow-through, and confidentiality.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and programs with a strong ability to partner with and influence cross functional stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
Ability to interface with all levels of the organization, including senior management and executives
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Passion for improving recruiting operational excellence and demonstrates curiosity for staying on top of current trends and best practices.

This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location. The expected salary range for this position is:
$99,368.00 - $159,850.00 Annual
