Our partner firm, AbitOs based in Coral Gables is hiring!
AbitOs is seeking a motivated Tax Intern to join their team and assist in serving clients across a wide range of industries. This internship offers valuable, hands-on experience with real-world tax projects, providing a strong foundation in tax preparation, compliance, and research. It's an excellent opportunity for aspiring tax professionals to learn the core essentials needed for long-term success in the field.

Job Requirements:
Assist with preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
Support the tax team with research and documentation of various tax issues
Help maintain client records and organize tax documents
Participate in tax planning and compliance activities
Collaborate with team members on various accounting projects
Maintain confidentiality of all client and firm information
Stay up-to-date with current tax laws and changes
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Completion of at least intermediate accounting courses (tax course preferred)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with tax software is a plus
Desire to pursue CPA licensure is a plus
This position operates as part of a US East Coast-based team, with typical working hours aligning with EST to facilitate effective collaboration. We offer flexibility in managing your schedule to maintain a healthy work-life balance while meeting business needs.
