We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented HR Systems Manager to join our growing global team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) administration and project management, with experience in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), software implementation and analytics being strongly preferred. The HR Systems Manager will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and supporting Crete PA’s suite of HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, Performance Management system (Perform Yard) and other software to ensure optimal system functionality, data integrity, and alignment with organizational goals. The role will be a key partner in maintaining and analyzing our people-related data and support its use in telling the story of our business, our people and their emerging needs. This role best suits a candidate who is highly analytical, curious, proactive, and collaborative with both IT and HR teams.

Key Responsibilities:

HRIS Management & Administration:

  • Administer and support the HRIS, ATS, Performance Management System, and any other related systems, currently UKG, Ashby, and Perform Yard, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and updates.

  • Implement new HR systems, migrate data sets, and integrate systems as needed for efficiency.

  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security of HR-related information within the HRIS.

  • Perform routine data audits and share insights on data trends, system usage and opportunities for improvement.


System Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related issues, including system errors, user access problems, and data discrepancies.

  • Provide timely resolution to HRIS system issues and escalate to vendors or IT teams when needed. Utilize support data to proactively recommend training, solutions and resources to assist in best managing HR data and systems.


Reporting & Analytics:

  • Generate and analyze HR data reports using the HRIS to support management and decision-making.

  • Create custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to meet organizational and HR needs.

  • Provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, compensation, and other key HR metrics.


User Training & Support:

  • Train HR personnel and end-users on the HRIS, ensuring that they understand how to use the system effectively.

  • Create and maintain user documentation, FAQs, and training materials.

  • Maintains system documentation and training resources as a result of implementation, system changes, etc.


Process Improvement:

  • Partner closely with HR teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the HRIS and data feeds between HR and other company systems.

  • Recommend system enhancements and configuration changes to improve overall HR processes.


Project Management:

  • Lead or support HRIS projects such as system upgrades, integrations, or new feature implementations.

  • Tests systems to ensure tools work as planned prior to roll-out. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Payroll, HR) to ensure seamless system integration and project execution.


Compliance & Security:

  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR and emerging data privacy regulations, and maintain confidentiality of employee data.

  • Work with HR to update HRIS for changes in HR policies and procedures, legal requirements, and business needs.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with HRIS systems.

  • Prior experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS is highly preferred.

  • Experience with HRIS data management, reporting, and troubleshooting.


Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong proficiency in HR applications.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports and interpret data.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of HR processes such as payroll, recruitment, benefits, and employee lifecycle.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and end-users.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with HRIS reporting tools, MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.), and HR-focused data analysis.

  • Experience with HRIS and ATS integration, data migration, and system configuration.

  • Experience analyzing data sets using PowerBI or similar tools.

  • Experience project management, from routine enhancements and changes to full-scale implementation projects.


Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, hybrid role based in Tampa, FL office.

  • Occasional travel (5%) may be required for training or project meetings.


This position operates as part of a US East Coast-based team, with typical working hours aligning with EST to facilitate effective collaboration. We offer flexibility in managing your schedule to maintain a healthy work-life balance while meeting business needs.
