assets of a top 300 US-based national firm, positioning us alongside the top 100 US
accounting firms based on cumulative revenue. With over ten partner firms, several
deals under LOI, and substantial committed capital, Crete PA is poised to shortly
become equivalent to a top 40 firm in terms of aggregate revenue, with ambitions
to expand into a multi-country platform. Job Title: Entertainment Business Manager

A Crete PA member firm is seeking an Accountant/Entertainment Business Manager to join its team in the Firm’s New York City office. The successful candidate must have a minimum of four (4) years of related experience with music touring bands, music producers, DJ’s, actors, and writers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review client monthly financial statements

• Prepare tour reconciliations, budgets, and budget vs actuals

• Maintain QuickBooks ledgers for all client entities

• Tracking Revenue streams and cash management

• Track fee and royalty income payments

• Processes bill payments (checks, electronic), bank deposits, wire transfers, invoicing

• Prepare credit card analysis and coding

• Process payroll for client, their assistant/crew/band members/household employees

• Prepare bank reconciliations and cash reports

• Provides daily service to clients, their agents/lawyers/assistants

• Prepare 1099’s

• Understanding concepts of client’s insurance plan relating to home, vehicles, overall liability

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience with music clients within a professional service organization in Accounting or Business Management

• Strong attention to detail

• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task and shift focus as needed

• Self-starter with ability to work independently with limited supervision

• Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft, Excel, and Word
