We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented entry-level Deal Desk Associate to join our team. Reporting to our VP, Global Controller and working closely with our Deal Desk, Support and Channel Sales teams, you will be responsible for supporting the Deal Desk function in processing sales deals, handling client intake forms and preparing invoices, ensuring data accuracy.

As we increasingly implement automation across systems and processes over the next 12-18 months, this role will shift towards that of a Junior Accountant, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and achievements in the job. Location-specific information:

You will be based in Lisbon, with English as your working languages. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, with Tuesday being the companywide day, where we all collaborate in the office and have a company-sponsored meal, Thursday being a department day for in-office team bonding, and a third in-office day of your choice.

At Dashlane you will:

  • Assist in entering and updating sales data in Salesforce, Netsuite and Dashlane's own proprietary back-office systems
  • Coordinate with Accounting, Channel Sales and Customer Experience teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of invoicing and assist in collections and resolving any discrepancies
  • Help with the completion of client intake forms and review sales orders and contracts to ensure they meet company guidelines
  • Communicate with the Sales and Accounting teams to gather necessary information for deal processing
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects
  • Gain an understanding of sales processes and procedures through hands-on experience and training

Requirements:

  • 2+ year of work experience

We’re also looking for:

  • Accounting work experience (especially in a SaaS environment)
  • Basic accounting concepts or accounts receivable experience
  • Experience with software such as Salesforce or Netsuite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and willingness to ask questions
  • An eagerness to learn and ability to work well in a team
