Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Coordinator, Business Solutions to bridge creative execution and business strategy across Fanatics Collectibles, assisting in crafting compelling presentations that power internal strategies and external partnerships. This role is ideal for a multidisciplinary creative who can balance aesthetic precision with practical business needs — someone who can shape how ideas are seen and understood in a competitive, fast-moving industry.
Along with an extremely strong design foundation, the ideal candidate will be detail-obsessed, highly-organized, tech-savvy, eager to learn, driven to add value at every stage of the project lifecycle, and have a passion for sports business and trading cards.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Solutions team with asset development for presentations and other collateral, translating business strategies into compelling materials.
- Coordinate mockups of trading cards concepts for use in presentations, working closely with product and art teams to ensure cards are designed according to brand standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, art, marketing, licensing, athlete partnerships, commercial, and executive teams to ensure creative alignment and execution consistency.
- Maintain high standards of organization, version control, and file management across multiple concurrent projects.
- Create and manage a centralized resource for the organization to access templates, creative assets, and other materials.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and increase team efficiency across content creation and production processes.
- Conduct industry research to inform methods of elevating design and storytelling capabilities.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and deliver on tight timelines with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in business solutions and/or creative services.
- High proficiency required in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects).
- Working knowledge of generative AI and automation tools; able to identify use cases and implement them effectively.
- Experience in the sports industry and/or trading cards is preferred.
- Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for brand aesthetics and layout.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into concise and digestible content.
- Motion graphics and/or animation experience is a plus.
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and highly-organized with a strong sense of ownership.
- Creative thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset, extreme attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
In NYC, the salary range for this position is $63,000 - $77,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. In Los Angeles, the salary range for this position is $58,000 - $71,000. The listed salary ranges are specific to NYC or Los Angeles and may not be applicable to other locations. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
