Fanatics Betting and Gaming (FBG) is searching for a Manager of Fraud Operations to help lead the Fraud Prevention team. Critical elements of this role is the responsibility of ensuring that FBG is protected from fraudulent activity while also balancing a world class customer experience. In this role, you’ll be acting as the day to day point of contact for the fraud prevention agents, act as a subject matter expert for fraud trends as well as train and QA the fraud prevention agents. Highly qualified candidates will be able to leverage their skills and experience to participate in cross-functional initiatives and play a critical part in sharing fraud prevention initiatives with our frontline, product, and engineering functions to work toward solutions to improve our fraud prevention program.
What you’ll do...
- Responsible for managing Fraud Prevention Agents.
- Ensure each team is accurately reviewing cases resolving issues according to our policies.
- Analyze team performance indicators to identify areas of opportunities.
- Recruit, interview and hire new fraud agents.
- Assist the Sr. Manager with establishing new policies and procedures, and ensuring the Fraud Prevention team is up to date with these policies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify optimization opportunities and help with the end to end process of new product improvements.
- Ensure the team follows all internal and external guidelines and regulations.
- Work with various business leaders to accomplish key business initiatives to ensure employee development and establish succession planning within reporting lines.

What you bring...
- 5+ years’ experience in e/commerce/banking Fraud Prevention Operations
- Experience Online Casino, online Sportsbook, and all platform variants preferred
- Experience running a market-leading operations team within the online arena preferred
- Demonstrable track record of effective leadership of large, and culturally diverse teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Knowledge of, and experience using, proprietary online gaming Fraud, Payments, Gaming and Sportsbook tools, systems, and reports preferred
- An entrepreneurial spirit and are excited by the challenges that come along with building a disruptive and dynamic business
- Experience creating and implementing policies and procedures
- Experience with managing cross functional projects with teams such as compliance, infosec, product and customer service
- Ability to gain and maintain a gaming license in multiple jurisdictions
The expected salary range for this role is based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award. *Salary range is listed in USD; actual salary will vary based on location. *Salary Range: $81,000-$160,000 per year (actual salary will be determined in part by a successful candidate’s geographic location). In addition to base salary, bonus, and equity, full-time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, paid time off, and other benefits like GymPass, Pet Insurance, Family Care Benefits, and more. We’ll also give you $700 to set up your home office!
