Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and commercial performance across multiple channels. Reporting into our Senior marketing Manager and working closely with cross-functional teams across the business, this role ensures that campaigns are strategically aligned, insight-led, and executed on time, within budget, and in accordance with brand guidelines.
The Marketing Executive will coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing assets, support the planning of product launches and marketing initiatives, across both domestic and international markets. This position requires a consumer-focused, highly organised, and collaborative individual with a solid grounding in brand marketing, campaign execution, and wholesale activation.
How you will make an impact:
- Support the creation and execution of the seasonal marketing plan.
- Work closely with the product team in the development of integrated campaigns to ensure we deliver consumer relevant stories that stand out in the market.
- Support the planning & delivery of key marketing initiatives in full and on time, in-line with budget and brand guidelines
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure campaign KPI’s are set in line with overall divisional KPIs and then monitored to instigate course-correcting action when required.
- Work closely with Wholesale and Owned commercial channels and Buying & Merchandising to ensure that the campaign assets and tools supplied are channel fit for purpose whilst delivering consistency.
- Understand, own and deliver SMU-specific campaign assets to adhered timelines.
- Co-ordinate creative briefing documents & work closely with internal or external creative agencies on the development of the campaign concepts & finished assets.
- Ensure that completed marketing assets are effectively stored (and destroyed when required) and distributed in the most effective way to other teams that require them (internal and external).
- Support the planning and execution of HEAT activations.
- Own the delivery of seasonal sell in collateral (i.e. catalogues / sales presentations, POS) that ensure each team has the tools required to successfully sell the product ranges.
- Establish an understanding of key retail accounts (internal & external) & Input necessary information into seasonal sell-in packs ensuring the sales tools can be customised according to each account.
- Support the planning & execution of seasonal product launches ensuring all collateral and activity is delivered on time and against budget.
- Own the planning, briefing, consolidation & distribution of all product shots that external retail partners require (post buy stage)
- Support the execution of brand stand out in key wholesale stores via the implementation of retail initiatives.
- Be the day-to-day marketing contact for distributors or subsidiary partners
- Support international wholesale partners by compiling and sharing examples of best practices across all key markets.
- Deliver & share business wide, quarterly marketing reports that showcase campaigns and activations.
- Manage image portal/DAM requests for wholesale accounts

What you bring to the team:
- Experience within brand marketing, delivering integrated campaigns across multi channels.
- Passion for a consumer-driven approach to marketing
- Activation experience.
- Experience of managing external agencies.
- Able to manage several campaigns simultaneously across trade and consumer channels.
- Quick to identify patterns and trends within customer, consumer and competitor behaviour.
- Understanding and appreciative of the fast-moving marketing environment.
- Creative and forward thinking.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A core understanding of the sports industry and culture
- University degree or equivalent
- Experience working in an international environment and/or an additional language is an asset.
