Print and Graphics Developer Specialist

ROLE OVERVIEW

This position is the liaison between the Product Creation teams and the Manufacturing teams to manage and commercialize the artwork. It is responsible for providing manufacturing ready art to facilities as directed to ensure on-time product deliveries. You will be an expert in your field and be called upon to set key SOP’s and create or revise documentation that can be leveraged by the garment developers and manufacturing. You will keep abreast of industry trends and manufacturing techniques and use your expertise to direct and influence integrity requirements.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Maintain Development request S/O by Graphics/Art Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and complete review including provide feedback to garment factory.
• Train and certified for onsite factories for Screen print technical to factory including PCC.
• Develop new Print technique including general price basic support TPA and PCC for standard
• Support end-to-end component & embellishment development process that enables and elevates innovation, productivity, efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Receive and review submits sample development from nominated suppliers prior to reviewing and provide comment completely on time.
• Ability to negotiate costs and MOQ’s with suppliers including update RMDS on tracker.
• Own communication Channel between development team and nominated suppliers.
• Work cross-functionally with Sourcing, Merchandising, Product Integrity, and Design on any counter-sourcing needs, costing or testing challenges.
• Collaborate with TPA color team and PCC on all component/embellishment color reviews.
• Support Decoration technical knowhow daily with internal departments and external partners to answers question and helps resolve issues (Screen print/sub/heat).
• Support T1/T2 for Initiate requests for art with Production Art Schedulers, if artwork is not available on Air Table
• Troubleshooting to the factory for solving issue.
• Initiate development testing in partnership with EH PCC & oversee vendor communication until testing passes
• Work closely with the PI team co-ordinate for comment relate due to production.
• Work closely with PD for Decoration Sample Review comment and update tracker including comment sheet to feedback to T1 (Proto/PPS/QRS/TOP)
• Work closely with WH team for share information develop/cost and any relate due to job functional.
• Ink suppliers develop and initial cost B/D in general to support team (special program)
• Work at project assign by Director of Material team and TPA team.
• Good communication basis support for all Vendor and supplier.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• Bachelor’s Degree in apparel/textile and or a related field
• 3-5 years office and/or production art experience preferred.
• Advanced Adobe Illustrator skills
• Must score superior on Farnsworth-Munsell 100 Hue test (measures eye’s color accuracy)
• Strong work ethic, quick learner and ability to work with a fast-paced team
• Requires minimal direction and can work independently
• Detail oriented
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Flexible nature and positive “can do” attitude
• Team player
• Demonstrated proficiency of MAC/PC and associated software - Word, Excel, Adobe
• Knowledge of sports teams is helpful
• Ability to work extended hours, if required
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Thai is required
