We’re looking for a creative and sports-savvy Social Media Manager to help grow Fanatics Sportsbook’s organic social presence. You will play an integral role in executing day-to-day strategies designed to nurture Fanatics Sportsbook’s relationship with audiences online, with a key focus on community- and forum-based platforms including Discord, Reddit, and X. Reporting into the Sr. Director of Social Strategy you will work closely with other members of the Social team as well as a fast-moving cross-functional team to create spaces and content activations that make users feel seen and rewarded.

What You’ll Do

• Build thriving communities across platforms (Reddit, Discord, etc.) and expand into new spaces.
• Maintain a calendar of community management events, responses, and programs.
• Act as a bridge between the betting community online and our internal teams to surface insights, close feedback loops, and inform decision-making.
• Participate in AMAs, conversations, and community events.
• Ideate content concepts and contribute to planning sessions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and initiatives with community-first tactics.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience growing audiences on Discord, X, Reddit or other social media platforms for a brand.
• Strong understanding of sports betting, sports culture, and digital fan communities.
• Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, and community moderators.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into timely content opportunities.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects.
• Willingness to travel for events, activations, and offsites.

The expected salary range for this role is based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program.

*Salary Range: $94,600 - $115,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
