Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and design HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with managers to provide counsel on people related matters including communications, performance management issues, and career development conversations.
• Participate in business reviews and provide HR insights for workforce optimization, retention, and succession planning.
• Support organizational change management initiatives and business restructuring when required.
Talent Management & Development
• Drive performance management processes include goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to identify skill gaps and support career development initiatives.
• Support leadership development and succession planning efforts.
Employee Engagement & Culture
• Foster a high-performance culture through engagement programs, feedback sessions, and recognition initiatives.
• Drive employee surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
• Act as a culture ambassador to promote diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.
Employee Relations & Compliance
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Partner with legal and compliance teams to handle employment issues.
HR Operations & Analytics
• Collaborate with HR shared services for payroll, onboarding, and benefits administration.
• Use HR analytics to provide insights on attrition, engagement, and workforce trends.
Qualifications & Experience
• BBA, BCom, BS or BA in HR or related field from a reputed institute. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 10 years of HR experience, preferably with 3–4 years as an HRBP in a software development or similar technology company.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in a matrix or global organization is a plus.
