Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and design HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Partner with managers to provide counsel on people related matters including communications, performance management issues, and career development conversations.
Participate in business reviews and provide HR insights for workforce optimization, retention, and succession planning.
Support organizational change management initiatives and business restructuring when required.

Talent Management & Development

Drive performance management processes include goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.
Collaborate with Learning & Development to identify skill gaps and support career development initiatives.
Support leadership development and succession planning efforts.

Employee Engagement & Culture

Foster a high-performance culture through engagement programs, feedback sessions, and recognition initiatives.
Drive employee surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
Act as a culture ambassador to promote diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.

Employee Relations & Compliance

Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Partner with legal and compliance teams to handle employment issues.

HR Operations & Analytics

Collaborate with HR shared services for payroll, onboarding, and benefits administration.
Use HR analytics to provide insights on attrition, engagement, and workforce trends.

Qualifications & Experience

BBA, BCom, BS or BA in HR or related field from a reputed institute. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
10 years of HR experience, preferably with 3–4 years as an HRBP in a software development or similar technology company.
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in a matrix or global organization is a plus.

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to the business leadership team, driving HR initiatives that support business objectives and enhance employee experience. The role involves workforce planning, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development within a fast-paced IT/technology environment.
