Role Overview

As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in driving commercial success across retail and e-commerce channels. This position focuses on managing inventory health, optimizing sell-through, planning promotions, and ensuring accurate purchase order execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless fan experience while maximizing revenue and margin.

How you will make a difference:

  • Lead in the planning, forecasting, and trading of product ranges to deliver sales and profit targets.
  • Take ownership of the implementation of Merchandising best practices
  • Manage inventory hygiene across retail and e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Analyse trading performance and provide recommendations to optimise stock, sales, and markdowns.
  • Assist in the creation and management of range plans, line cards, and assortment reviews.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and analysis on sales, stock, and margin performance.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Buying, Logistics, eCommerce, Retail, and Finance teams.
  • Maintain accurate product and pricing information across systems and platforms.
  • Participate in regular reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Undertake any other duties and/or responsibilities as may reasonably be required by management from time to time
  • You may also be required from time to time to work additional hours including but not limited to providing support around events and hot markets. This may involve weekend and late night working.

What you bring to the team:

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in merchandising, inventory management, or retail planning (preferably in licensed sports or fashion).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and retail operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and merchandising systems, including WSSI management
  • Experience building a strong team
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
