Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with product management and business partners to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform system administration tasks, including scheduling and completion of platform maintenance, user management, and other duties as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Following prescribed SDLC process to align with compliance commitments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform and applications as needed
  • Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends to ensure the platform is optimized and up to date.
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance as well as in collaboration with overall team.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers and other team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on ITSM and ITOM modules.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including data model, security, and scripting.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
  • Experience developing and designing RESTful services and APIs.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with other platforms.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience developing in a CI/CD environment
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with other ITSM tools and platforms.
  • Experience with one or more front-end development frameworks, such as Angular, React, Vue, etc.
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS or Azure)

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and other modules, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
