Role Overview

The primary responsibility of Specialist Quality Control is to ensure all Certified Testing Laboratory (CTL) samples

and photo shoot samples are received in and sent out in a timely manner. Communicate with internal cross

functional teams to ensure all products are correct and up to date so shipments won’t be held up at the DC.

how you will make an impact:

• Ensure all CTL Imports and Domestic samples are received in and meets spec.

• Ensure all CTL samples are shipped in a timely manner

• Monitor CTL samples via tracker and Via UPS

• Ensure all Photo shoot sample are reviewed and sent to the correct customer

• Send out failure notifications with cap form to Vendors to fill out root causes

• Physically inspect product and verify accuracy, prepares legible written reports.

• Keeps accurate records

• Ensure all test requirements are kept up to date and all records are well maintained

• Demonstrated strong communication skills to work with internal cross functional teams.

• Other duties as assigned by leadership

what you bring to the team:

1. Minimum High School Diploma

1. Experience with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, FMS and DMS

1. Must be able to distinguish colors

1. Must be able to make decisions

1. Must be accurate and reliable when recording data

1. Must be able to perform basic math skills (adding, subtracting, fractions, and reading a ruler).

1. Good organizational and communication skills

1. Must be able to follow verbal and written communications Basic knowledge of sewing and garment construction

• Special Requirements: Able to lift boxes no more than 40 lbs. ability to stand for long periods of time, overtime as needed, and Saturdays may be required during peak. Will be crossed-trained to work other areas as needed. Excellent attendance, must be adaptable to changing priorities, must be able to work at a fast pace. Production must be met and maintained.
