  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, discrepancies, or capacity constraints
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain Planning, and Finance to support coordinated execution
  • Help document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve consistency and scalability
  • Build basic reporting in Excel or similar tools to track key logistics metrics
  • Provide project updates and a final presentation summarizing insights and recommendations

This role will provide exposure to warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory reporting tools while developing foundational supply chain knowledge.

What You Bring

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working in Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, data organization)
  • Interest in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply planning
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work on-site in Sunnyvale, TX five days per week from June 1 – August 7, 2026

Preferred
