Project Manager, UKG Dimensions (6 Month Contract)

The Role
Fanatics is seeking an experienced contractor Project Manager to lead its Time & Attendance Optimization Program. This initiative is focused on stabilizing and optimizing our UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) environment and its integration with Oracle Payroll for its US and International workforce. You'll drive structure and accountability across a complex, multi-workstream program involving Payroll Operations, HRIS and IT Integration.
What You'll Do:

Vendor Coordination

Manage UKG and third-party vendor relationships, access, and dependency alignment.

Stakeholder Management

Align SMEs across the Fanatics enterprise, Payroll Ops, HRIS/Dimensions and IT.

Facilitate workshops, document decisions and action items, and escalate conflicts or blockers to steering leadership.

Payroll Stabilization
-
Stand up a payroll readiness cadence covering cutoff tracking, validations, approvals, and reconciliation checkpoints.

Coordinate defect triage, root-cause analysis, and corrective action tracking through closure.

Operationalize controls including pre/post-export validations and Oracle reconciliation signoffs.

Program Planning & Governance

Build and maintain the integrated program plan, scope boundaries, and success criteria.

Establish governance cadence, decision forums, and core project artifacts (RAID log, action log, status templates).

Change Control & Quality

Enforce change control for Pro WFM configuration and integration updates (intake, approval, release notes).

Manage test approach with SMEs across unit, regression, and payroll parallel testing.

Reporting & Executive Communications

Deliver weekly status reports and lead steering committee meetings.

Produce an executive-ready discovery readout and phased roadmap summary.

What We're Looking For:

7+ years of PM experience delivering enterprise HCM, workforce management, or payroll technology programs.

Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) for both domestic and global workforce.

Strong facilitation and executive communication skills — able to translate complexity into clear, decision-ready updates.

Experience supporting payroll parallel testing and stabilization.

PMP or equivalent preferred; familiarity with Oracle Payroll preferable.

Duration: 6 Months
The hourly range for this position is $85 to $100/hr, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
