ROLE OVERVIEW
Drive Key Account Wholesale business, responsible for setting up first class key account relationships / structures and delivering wholesale growth.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Directing category focus towards market needs
- Delivering & implementing sales & margin targets by category & location
- Working cross functionally across brand, retail, finance & supply chain to align commercial priorities
- Ability to manage / resolve conflict
- Develop strong relationships with management of strategic retail partners
- Provide guidance & forward thinking on markets & competitors
- Sales & account forecasting

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Experience of working in a commercial key account role for an international wholesale company, ideally in the sports or licensed apparel sector
- Industry knowledge and understanding of markets, consumers, customers and their commercial needs.
- Sales experience with track record of delivering KPI´s
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with others in a lively and demanding sales environment.
- Excellent negotiation & presentation skills
- Awareness of operations and logistics processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- Outstanding analytical and numerical skills.
- Outgoing, open personality with a strong desire to learn and develop.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Self-motivated with an ability to work on own initiative.
- Strong Microsoft Office Package skills – highly proficient Excel skills required.
