About The Role
We are seeking an Advisor Success Manager (ASM) to be a critical partner to our most senior and productive advisors (Fora X). This role is equal parts relationship manager, problem solver, and operations strategist, working directly with our highest-performing advisors to address time-sensitive issues while also identifying and tackling root causes that impact advisor efficiency and satisfaction. This is a cross-functional and highly operational role that will work closely with our product, operations, finance, and support teams to advocate for advisors’ needs, build solutions, and ensure top-tier advisors have the tools and guidance they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Real-Time Advisor Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for Fora X advisors navigating complex bookings, commission questions, or technical issues.
- Triage, escalate, and resolve urgent matters in real time — providing concierge-level care.
- Track and document recurring issues to inform long-term solutions.
Root Cause & Process Improvement
- Identify systemic advisor pain points by analyzing support trends, advisor feedback, and operational gaps.
Partner with internal teams to design and implement scalable improvements to the advisor journey — from onboarding through ongoing booking workflows. - Support rollout of new tools or processes to ensure strong adoption among senior advisors.
Relationship Management & Retention
- Build trust-based relationships with top-tier advisors; understand their business models, strengths, and challenges.
- Anticipate needs before they arise and proactively offer support and guidance.
- Act as an internal champion for the advisor voice — advocating for the unique needs of experienced, high-performing agents.
Reporting & Insights
- Track key advisor engagement metrics and operational KPIs.
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on advisor satisfaction, escalation trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate on quarterly business reviews with select advisors when needed.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in client success, operations, or program management roles — ideally in a marketplace, SaaS, or hospitality/travel setting.
- Proven ability to support VIP or high-performing stakeholders with empathy, urgency, and precision.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; confident digging into problems and seeing them through to resolution.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, or internal support tooling (e.g., Intercom, Hubspot, etc) and workflow and data tools (e.g., Zapier, Omni, etc)
- Passion for travel and/or supporting entrepreneurs
