As our Director of Growth Marketing, you will lead the technical and performance side of marketing. You’ll own our digital storefront (fortell.com), paid media, and marketing analytics, turning budget, channels, and data into efficient, scalable patient growth. Reporting to the CMO, you are the analytical and operational counterpart to brand and creative, ensuring every dollar and every click works harder.
You will oversee our growth marketing strategy, manage and optimize acquisition spend, own ecommerce performance, and build the data foundation that powers decision-making. This role is highly cross-functional, partnering closely with Brand, Clinic Operations, Product, and Finance, and has a clear opportunity to build and lead a team over time.

Compensation Range: $150K - $300K

What You’ll Own
- Growth Strategy & Planning: Own the overall growth marketing strategy and roadmap, including channel mix, budget allocation, and performance targets across paid, owned, and emerging channels.
- Performance Marketing & Paid Media: Lead all paid acquisition setting strategy, overseeing execution, and continuously optimizing for CAC and LTV.
- Affiliate & Partnerships Channel: Build and scale our affiliate partner program. Define strategy and terms, recruit and manage partners/publishers, ensure brand-safe placements, and optimize for CAC, LTV, and incrementality with clear tracking and payout governance.
- Website & Conversion: Own fortell.com as a revenue and lead engine, partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering to improve site, UX, and conversion; drive experimentation across landing pages, funnels, and onsite messaging.
- Attribution, Measurement & Analytics: Build and refine the measurement stack (tracking, attribution, dashboards) so we can understand performance across the full funnel; define core KPIs and deliver clear, actionable reporting to marketing and leadership.
- Experimentation & Optimization: Establish a rigorous test-and-learn culture across channels and the site.
- Clinic Growth: Drive qualified traffic and appointments to Fortell clinics (current and future locations) through digital and offline campaigns.
- Lifecycle & Retention: Partner with lifecycle to build high-performing programs that support acquisition cohorts, reduce leakage, and increase engagement and referrals.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing growth team over time; work in tight partnership with Brand Marketing, Creative, Social, Product, Finance, and Clinic Operations to ensure alignment and shared goals.
- Clear, predictable growth in qualified leads, clinic appointments, and revenue driven by paid and digital channels.
- Improving efficiency over time: lower CAC, faster payback, and stronger LTV across cohorts.
- A high-performing fortell.com experience that converts traffic into appointments and patients at best-in-class rates.
- Robust, trusted reporting and attribution that leadership uses confidently for planning and investment decisions.
- A disciplined experimentation culture where learnings compound and inform creative, product, and channel strategy.
- A capable, motivated growth team that can scale with the business.
- 10+ years of experience in growth / performance marketing: strong direct-to-consumer and/or multi-location services experience preferred.
- Deep paid media expertise: you have directly managed or overseen significant acquisition budgets across channels (search, social, display, video, etc.) and know how to balance efficiency and scale.
- Affiliate marketing experience: you’ve launched or scaled an affiliate/partner channel (networks or direct), including tracking/attribution, partner management, and performance optimization.
- Ecommerce and funnel owner: you’ve owned a revenue-generating website or storefront, including conversion optimization, experimentation, and coordination with product/design/engineering.
- Highly analytical operator: you are fluent in data, attribution, and experimentation; you can build or guide dashboards, interpret results, and translate numbers into strategy and next actions.
- Strategic and hands-on: you set the long-term growth strategy and also dive into channels, campaigns, or dashboards when needed.
- Experienced leader: you’ve managed and developed high-performing teams and/or agencies, and you know how to organize people and resources around clear goals.
- Strong collaborator: you work well with Brand, Creative, Product, Finance, and Operations; you can argue from data while respecting the craft and constraints of other teams.
