As a Recruiting Coordinator on Garner’s Talent Team, you will have the opportunity to make an enormous impact at a fast-growing, mission-driven startup. This role will be responsible for driving forward the most important key to our success: the talent. We’re looking for someone who’s highly detail-oriented, loves working with people, and is passionate about process.
What you’ll do:
- Schedule calls, video interviews, and interview debriefs across time zones in a fast-paced environment
- Manage recruiting pipelines, stay in close contact with candidates, and provide updates regarding their application and interview status
- Build high-trust relationships with recruiters and interviewers and maintain timely communication
- Document, implement, and protect recruiting processes while seeking opportunities for improvement
- Deliver stellar candidate experience and build interest by thinking creatively and holistically about how Garner is presented
- Pull and build reports to track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results to the team
- Maintain data integrity of our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Support special projects and other ad-hoc initiatives across Talent Team as needed
What you’ll need to be successful:
- 1+ year of relevant recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a startup
- Experience working with Greenhouse applicant tracking system (required) and Google Suite
- Strong time management and prioritization skills with an ability to juggle concurrent urgent tasks
- A high level of organization, attention to detail, and project management
- Care deeply about creating a high-touch, efficient, and positive experience with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers
- A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the US healthcare system
The target base salary range for this position is: $60,000 - $75,000 annually. Individual compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
