The Manager of Workplace & Facilities – EMEA is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and day-to-day operations of Gong’s workplace and facilities across the EMEA region. This role focuses on delivering exceptional employee experiences, optimizing office operations, and supporting Gong’s regional growth. The position reports directly to the Director of Workplace & Facilities based in the U.S.
This role is based from our Dublin office and requires being on-site 5 days per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with the Director of Workplace & Facilities to develop and implement the EMEA real estate strategy in alignment with company growth plans.
- Manage local relationships with landlords, brokers, and other key external partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and representative for the EMEA Hub.
- Oversee all aspects of office operations for Gong’s EMEA sites, including current and future locations. This includes catering, events, maintenance, janitorial, reception, security, safety, and general office management.
- Develop, manage, and track budgets for EMEA facilities operations.
- Establish and refine operational processes to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Manage onsite vendors and service providers.
- Administer office access and security systems (e.g., badging).
- Lead space planning efforts to support current usage and future expansion needs.
- Design and deliver a robust employee experience program tailored to the EMEA hub.
- Plan and execute end-to-end employee events and initiatives that foster culture and connectivity.
- Manage the EMEA employee experience budget.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and regional leadership to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in facilities and real estate management
- Strong knowledge of facilities operations, and project management.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate principles
- Advantageous to hold a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, IFMA) are a plus.
