Honor Technology’s mission is to change the way society cares for older adults. As a leader in aging care innovation, Honor provides the technology, tools, and services that empower older adults to live life on their own terms. Honor’s growing portfolio includes its consumer care brand, Home Instead, Inc., the world’s leading provider of in-home care for older adults. With a global franchise network and more than 100,000 Care Pros, Home Instead delivers over 50 million hours of personalized care annually.

Together, Honor and Home Instead are setting a new standard for aging in place, backed by powerful technology, compassionate care, and a commitment to aging on your own terms.

Join us to create a new and better aging experience for our clients, their families, and our Care Professionals.

We’re looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to join Honor’s care platform transformation team. Your work will enable us to scale and ship more and better products that directly impact the lives of people receiving care, their families, and all those involved in delivering care. You will need to think big and develop long-term strategies for product investment while not being afraid to get into the details of data and execution related to any given new feature. We value people who are enthusiastic about our mission, go the extra mile to support their colleagues, and think creatively to drive results in a diverse team setting. The product team is small, lean, and fast so if you thrive on deep problem solving, cross functional collaboration, and making your mark as we grow, Honor could be the place for you.

This is a senior individual contributor role that will lead a cross-functional project team to drive meaningful impact on our business. They do not have any direct reports, but are expected to influence overall product strategy through influence of the executive team and product delivery through direct leadership of a cross-functional project team.

As a Director, Product Management, you will:

  • Own the product strategy & roadmap for one or more of our focus areas (examples include: Care Pro Hiring, Care Pro Staffing, Workforce Quality), setting and delivering against metrics & KPIs aligned with company goals
  • Develop a deep understand of customer needs and business goals through strong analytics, direct observation (willing to “do the job”), and collecting stakeholder feedback
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage technology to accelerate future growth and improve customer outcomes.
  • Build deep relationships with stakeholders beyond the Product team to develop cross-functional solutions to critical company challenges
  • Drive delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives aligned to strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with engineering & design leaders to create Product team processes that will equip us to continue to deliver at high velocity
  • Demonstrated ability to deconstruct complex problems, identify root causes, and focus on the highest impact issues.
  • Get stuff done -- work quickly to drive to impact, balancing incremental and radical change; if there isn’t anyone else to do it, roll up your sleeves and do it yourself

You will be successful if you:

  • Take pride in your work; always pushing yourself and those around you to set (and achieve) ambitious goals, never settle for mediocrity
  • Are comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and using judgment, data, and collaboration to move decisions forward
  • Have strong data analytics skills (comfortable with SQL, Looker or other BI platform); able to ask the right question and determine the key takeaway with messy or incomplete information
  • Are excited about leveraging generative AI to solve human behavior problems and enjoy spending your time learning about new technologies and applications
  • Have strong written and verbal communication; comfortable clearly explaining product decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes to executive audience in a written memo
  • Demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence when working with wide range of stakeholders, including but not limited to, clients, care pros, and cross-functional teams

We’re looking for you to bring:

  • Technical degree (engineering, economics, etc) or experience in a technical organization
  • 10+ years experience in product management
  • Experience working on a product to support a complex operational function or having direct operations experience, including rolling out large-scale operational & process changes in conjunction with product releases (and love this type of problem)
  • Experience at a fast-growing, scrappy company
