The Role
A Senior Recruiter at Imprint rapidly identifies and engages top talent to meet ambitious hiring goals across key teams. You’ll partner closely with leaders to sharpen role requirements, streamline decisions, and move high-potential candidates through the funnel with urgency and care. By building strong pipelines and optimizing every stage of the process, you’ll help Imprint hire exceptional talent quickly, consistently, and effectively.
What You’ll Do
Source, identify, and secure top talent to meet Imprint’s fast-paced hiring needs across critical functions.
Partner with business leaders to clarify role requirements and align on candidate profiles and decision criteria.
Drive a high-velocity recruiting process, proactively removing bottlenecks and keeping candidates moving with urgency.
Build and maintain strong, targeted pipelines that enable consistent, high-quality hiring.
Refine recruiting strategies and workflows using data and insights to improve speed, quality, and overall hiring effectiveness.
What You Bring
Required
Proven success hiring top talent quickly in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across leaders and cross-functional partners.
Expertise in full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, supported by creative sourcing strategies and deep talent market knowledge.
A data-informed approach to diagnosing funnel performance and accelerating processes.
Clear understanding of how talent acquisition drives business outcomes and the ability to recruit with measurable impact.
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting for high-growth tech companies, especially during rapid scaling.
Fintech experience or familiarity with recruiting in regulated or complex industries.
Demonstrated ability to improve recruiting processes or elevate TA effectiveness in prior roles.

Base Salary: $150,000-$180,000 + Equity
