Who You Are

Justworks is seeking a Paid Media Specialist (Paid Social & Programmatic) to own and optimize our Paid Social and digital media campaigns. In this role, you will manage hands-on-keys execution of Paid Social (LinkedIn and Meta) and YouTube campaigns, while partnering closely with our media agency to support integrated brand campaigns across other digital channels.

You will collaborate deeply with creative, marketing operations, data analytics and external agency partners to ensure campaigns launch seamlessly, perform effectively, and ladder up to broader growth objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in paid media execution, an analytical and experimentation-oriented mindset, and a desire to grow into a full-stack digital marketer.

This is an execution-driven role that requires attention to detail, channel expertise, and the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations. You’ll help shape creative testing, audience strategies, and cross-channel activation to support measurable growth across the marketing funnel.

What You Will Work On

Campaign Planning, Execution & Optimization

  • Plan, set up and launch Paid Social and Programmatic campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other key platforms.
  • Manage ongoing campaign optimization to improve efficiency, hit performance targets, and scale high-impact tactics, ensuring best practices and precision in execution.
  • Execute structured tests - including creative tests, landing page variations, audience refinements, bidding strategies, and placement experiments to drive channel efficiency.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Build and update weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, budget pacing, and testing documentation for internal teams and agency partners.
  • Analyze campaign data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders and leadership.

Briefing, Trafficking & Operational Support

  • Develop creative briefs that clearly communicate messaging, objectives, and deliverables to internal and external teams.
  • Support agency partners on brand media trafficking, ensuring timely asset delivery and alignment across CTV, podcast, audio, newsletters, OOH, and more.
  • Partner with Analytics and Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking, targeting infrastructure, and data integrity.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on execution in Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn) and YouTube advertising.
  • Experience building, launching and optimizing ad campaigns with clear performance targets and KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, creative testing, pixel tagging and platform best practices across Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads/YouTube.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience writing creative briefs and collaborating with creative teams and/or external partners.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and operational rigor.

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $109,000.00 to $119,900.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
