Come join us on our mission to build cultures where employees and companies thrive. As a key member of our Workplace Experience team, you’ll help shape how Lattice shows up for our employees and our customers.

In this role, you’ll lead global initiatives that make our spaces feel welcoming and reflective of Lattice’s culture, while creating experiences—remote, hybrid, and in-office—that foster connection, engagement, and drive business results. Partnering with our Workplace Experience Coordinator, you’ll manage physical offices, onsite programs, events, swag, and more.

This is a high-impact opportunity to help us scale a people-first workplace experience that meets the needs of a growing, global, distributed team.

This role is based in our beautiful San Francisco office.

What You Will Do

  • Develop, iterate, and execute Lattice’s workplace experience strategy and operating model based on business needs, employee feedback, and evolving priorities.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize workplace systems, processes, and programs that create a seamless, cohesive experience for stakeholders, Latticians, and Lattice customers.
  • Own the creation, management, and forecasting of the workplace experience budget, balancing day-to-day operational needs with long-term strategic investments.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key workplace metrics—including space utilization, service levels, and budget performance—to surface trends and drive continuous, data-informed improvements.
  • Own relationships with key internal and external partners, including vendors (property management, security, cleaning, etc.), ensuring service quality, contract management, timely issue resolution, and alignment on safety and operational protocols.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Marketing and People teams to plan and execute internal events that foster engagement, community, and company-wide connection.
  • Build and maintain employee and stakeholder feedback loops—leveraging surveys, pulse checks, and informal channels to identify evolving needs and opportunities for workplace innovation.
  • Ensure workplace compliance with relevant health, safety, accessibility, and regulatory standards (OSHA, ADA, emergency preparedness, etc.).
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate emergency response and business continuity plans in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead workplace design and space planning efforts, including office buildouts, refreshes, and thoughtful design updates that reflect our brand, values, and evolving ways of working.
  • Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies, recommending and implementing improvements that support future growth, collaboration, scalability, and an outstanding employee experience.
  • Maintain clear, accessible documentation in Notion and other tools to support transparency and self-service for employees and internal partners.
  • Mentor and collaborate with our Workplace Experience Coordinator, providing day-to-day guidance, operational support, and professional development.

What You Will Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of experience in workplace experience, employee experience, or office operations—ideally in a hybrid, global tech environment.
  • A utility player mindset—you’re comfortable handling multiple, varied tasks across strategy, operations, and culture-building.
  • Experience managing vendors, real estate, and cross-office programming at scale.
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to influence across teams and levels, even without formal authority.
  • A bias for action and ability to execute in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with limited guidance.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities with strong organization and attention to detail—juggling timelines and shifting needs without dropping the ball.
  • Deep curiosity about how teams work—you're eager to understand and support different working styles and cultural needs.
  • A passion for equity and inclusion—especially when it comes to designing experiences that support remote and distributed employees.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for thoughtful, inclusive language.
  • Highly organized with strong budgeting, tracking, and process improvement chops.
  • Experience leading or supporting change management initiatives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
