We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset and experience when determining salary. The salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels that would be applicable to the position and Los Angeles location. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, 401k contribution, paid time off including vacation and sick leave and any other tax-reportable benefits. The final salary will be commensurate with the candidates final level and represents the base salary only.

What you'll do

At Lightspark, we're rewiring global payments, making money move as fast and freely as information on the internet. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of this transformation:

  • Own net-new customer acquisition end-to-end, from outbound prospecting and first outreach through contract signature and go-live

  • Lead complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles involving product, engineering, legal, compliance, and finance stakeholders

  • Develop deep understanding of Lightspark’s products, roadmap, and underlying technology, and translate that into clear business value

  • Partner closely with product, engineering, and leadership to structure deals, influence roadmap priorities, and remove roadblocks for customers

  • Operate with full ownership of your number, your accounts, and your strategy

Who you are

You're a seasoned enterprise closer who thrives in ambiguity and high-stakes environments, with the grit to own massive deals in a fast-moving, fully autonomous culture.

  • 10+ years of sales experience with a proven track record selling fintech infrastructure including payments, crypto, or financial platforms to enterprise customers

  • Highly entrepreneurial, scrappy, and self-directed. A true hunter mentality. You are comfortable operating with ambiguity and building from zero to one

  • Clear, decisive communicator who can turn complex technical ideas into compelling narratives that move senior decision-makers to act

  • High conviction paired with intellectual honesty. You take strong positions, move decisively, and update your thinking fast when the facts change

  • Mission-driven. You’re motivated by building something that matters long-term and can maintain peak intensity through long, high-stakes enterprise cycles

Compensation Range: $376K - $442K
