As a Employee Benefits Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in overseeing and implementing benefit technology platforms. Reporting to the Director of Client Engagement, you will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure the successful configuration, implementation, and management of benefit administration systems including, but not limited to, Ease, Employee Navigator, Rippling, Gusto and Namely. This is a fully remote position and can be based anywhere in the US.
🚀 What you’ll do
- Optimize Platforms: You will be instrumental in configuring and managing benefit technology platforms for Nava’s client portfolio. Your responsibilities will include overseeing platform configuration, carrier/vendor/payroll integration, implementing module projects, and ensuring accurate benefit plan setup.
- Collaborate Effectively: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure successful project implementation. Act as a subject matter expert for assigned benefit administration platforms, participate in weekly calls, and technical support internally and externally.
- Process Enhancement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline internal processes. Develop protocols and guidelines for team members to effectively request and utilize system support.

🚀 What you’ll bring
We're seeking an accomplished professional with a proven track record as a benefits systems specialist and a passion for innovation and collaboration. Specifically:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a brokerage setting supporting small group client benefit technology implementations and ongoing system management across various platforms
- You have an expert level understanding of benadmin systems: Ease and Employee Navigator
- Experience with Rippling, Gusto and Namely, UKG, PlanSource, Paylocity, Rippling & ADP Workforce Now are a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to be resourceful, take initiative, and solve problems.
- Adaptability and flexibility to address issues and respond to client needs.
