  • Drive operational excellence by providing strategic guidance, feedback, and leadership to ensure vendors consistently meet or exceed performance targets across quality, satisfaction, and efficiency metrics

  • Lead change management initiatives by overseeing vendor readiness for new program launches, process updates, and tool implementations

  • Ensure compliance and quality standards through regular audits, maintaining SOPs aligned with global best practices, and enforcing controls across all vendor operations

  • Partner cross-functionally with Business Operations, Finance, Procurement, and User Operations teams on planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Monitor performance and resolve escalations by implementing corrective action plans and proactively addressing operational challenges

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

  • Experience in negotiating, developing and managing complex BPO contracts

  • Familiarity with Notion, Zendesk, and Tableau

  • Knowledge of international business practices and regulatory requirements across multiple regions
