About Us

Nourish is on a mission to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well. More than half of Americans have a chronic condition related to what they eat, and poor nutrition is the number one driver of preventable death.
Nourish is addressing this healthcare crisis by helping people eat better. We connect chronic disease patients with a Registered Dietitian via telehealth and get it covered by their health insurance.
We launched two years ago and already have hundreds of dietitians and tens of thousands of patients on the platform. Our patients span a wide range of nutrition-related conditions including diabetes, eating disorders, kidney disease, GI conditions, cancer, obesity / weight management, cardiovascular disease, and more. We are live in all 50 states.
We are growing quickly, have partnered with national health insurance companies and provider groups, and have raised over $44M from top-tier VCs including Index Ventures, Thrive Capital, Y Combinator, and Box Group, amongst others. Our angel investors include world-class healthcare founders from Oscar, Rightway Health, Headway, Spring Health, and Alto Pharmacy, as well as soccer star Alex Morgan and the founders from Olipop and Notion.

About the Role

As our Strategy & Ops Lead (Partnerships) you will help drive all strategic & operational initiatives across all B2B2C distribution channels. You'll be instrumental in the creation & execution of our partnerships roadmap, and work across all stages of the partnerships lifecycle. This person will report into our Head of Partnerships and work closely with stakeholders & functional leads across the organization.

This is an in-person role out of our New York office (Flatiron), with flexibility for some hybrid work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase efficiency of partnerships channels and independently pull together plans to execute on those opportunities
  • Execute on priority Partnerships projects from start-to-finish
  • Support memorialization of best practice via continued build of partnerships playbooks
  • Perform ongoing and ad-hoc data analysis to support channel decision-making
  • Own build and maintenance of team reporting dashboards, tech stack, and resource bases
  • Support ongoing sales processes by creating sales collateral / proposal materials
  • Work cross-functionally with our clinical operations, clinical quality, bizops and product/design/eng teams to implement new initiatives & manage change

You’ll love this role if:

  • You’re passionate about Nourish’s mission. You’re interested in nutrition and are eager to be part of solving America’s healthcare crisis.
  • You are a critical thinker/problem solver and comfortable with ambiguity. You are exhilarated by solving new, tough problems and aren’t afraid to come up with creative solutions. You’re able to take an ambiguous problem statement/question and come up with a structured way to solve it, even when it hasn’t been done before.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. You are energized by a rapidly improving (and thus changing) environment. You are able to move quickly to action and work smarter to get things done efficiently.
  • You are detail-oriented and organized. You have a meticulous attention to detail and proactive ways to hold yourself to high standards. When launching a new project or implementing a new initiative, you consider all impacted people / processes / technology and plan accordingly. You’re able to work with multiple stakeholders across the org and stay organized throughout.
  • You don’t like to settle for ‘good enough’. You proactively identify areas for improvement across the organization and bring up suggestions for change. Your work is of high quality.
  • You love (and excel at) data analysis. A great Partnerships org uses data to guide decisions, and here at Nourish, we love data! You are capable of producing high-quality data analysis (including high-level data structuring/approach and the actual execution). You can clearly synthesize results and propose the next steps.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • You have 2-4 years of experience in management consulting / investing (additional experience in GTM ops / strategy preferred but not required)
  • You have strong data analysis skills and are comfortable with data technology (e.g., Excel, Metabase, Alteryx, etc.)
  • You enjoy proactively coming up with solutions when you notice inefficiencies
  • You enjoy high-level strategy & problem solving, but also aren’t afraid to get into the weeds when needed
  • You take extreme ownership over projects/initiatives you lead
  • You enjoy new challenges and jump in headfirst when facing an issue. You are able to adapt to the situation at hand and can be flexible in your approach when new circumstances arise.
  • You’re comfortable working cross-functionally with a variety of team members (our patients, insurance companies, our internal team, etc.) and have strong communication skills

Please note that you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for this position.
