Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Client Success Manager to join our commercial team. In this role, you will manage relationships with life sciences and healthcare clients, ensuring the successful execution of AI-powered solutions and medical content campaigns. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver high-value programs that align with client goals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned pharmaceutical and healthcare clients once a program is contracted
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of client programs, from onboarding through execution and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product, data science, content, sales, and compliance to ensure smooth project execution
  • Translate client needs into clear project plans and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope
  • Deliver performance insights and strategic recommendations with collaboration with sales based on platform analytics and client feedback
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, problem-solving, and thought partnership
  • Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or project management in digital health or life sciences
  • Experience supporting pharma clients, particularly in medical content, HCP engagement, or clinical education
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with data, dashboards, and AI-powered technologies is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
