The Customer Growth and Experience (CGX) team at Plaid owns the entire lifecycle of the developer and customer journey—from first interaction to long-term success. The Customer Platform team is a team within the CGX org that owns the foundational components of the customer journey: our core dashboard systems, customer risk evaluation infrastructure, and orchestration to manage the “customer” core nouns at Plaid.
Responsibilities
- Engineering Management of this multi-team area across the Product Engineering organization.
- Responsible for: Directly setting and driving the team’s roadmap and execution on a 6+ month horizon (in collaboration with PM partners).
- Leading their team to ship and deploy projects that scale across multiple teams.
- Coaching, leading, and growing a team of 9+ Engineers.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of engineering management experience with significant experience as a software engineer
- Experience owning a production product and working with a product manager and/or business partners to drive business impact
- Deep experience with full-stack architecture and systems
- Track record of building and growing high-performing engineering teams
