About Savvy:

Wealth management is a massive industry in the US ($545 billion annual revenue), but remains archaic and inefficient with low technology penetration. 75% of financial advisors do not offer any digital communication beyond emails and 62% of them conduct financial planning manually (for example, in Excel), resulting in a poor client experience and over 70% of a financial advisor’s time spent on non-client facing tasks.

Savvy is a digital-first platform for financial advisors centered around modernizing human financial advice. Financial advisors who partner with Savvy leverage the integrated technology platform to help supercharge growth with AI-powered software, sales and marketing automation, and back office workflows. Savvy’s proprietary technology empowers financial advisors to help scale revenue faster and spend more time focused on growth.

We are a team of former founders and operators who have started and sold two companies and have helped build iconic companies including Airbnb, Square, Carta, Facebook, and more.

We’ve raised $34M from top-tier VC firms, including Canvas Ventures, Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Brewer Lane Ventures, The House Fund, and a panel of A-list founders & executives from the technology & wealth management industry.

Savvy is at a pivotal point in its growth trajectory, having established strong product-market fit by providing a modern platform to financial advisors. We’ve grown 700%+ in the last 12 months and are entering the next phase of the company, which involves rapid expansion of our product offering and revenue growth.

The Role:

We're looking for a versatile and analytical Revenue Operations Associate to support our GTM efforts. You’ll work closely with our Head of Revenue Operations to help design, optimize, and scale the systems that power our growth — from researching our ICP, to lead sourcing and enrichment, to contracting, pricing, and reporting. You’ll be leveraging established GTM tools (e.g. Salesforce Zapier) and also searching for new, innovative solutions to get the job done.

You should have a passion for designing scalable solutions and working cross functionally to support various stakeholders. If you’re comfortable wearing multiple hats, love working with data, and want to make a visible impact on a fast-growing team, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with all Growth organization team members to design and implement scalable systems to accelerate growth

  • Manage workflows and automations in tools like Salesforce and Zapier

  • Build reports and dashboards to track GTM performance

  • Own key operational projects that support our Strategic Growth team

  • Design a scalable quota and compensation tracking system

  • Support pricing strategy and contracting efforts to ensure fast deal-times and sustainable margins

  • Partner with our Marketing and Business Operation teams to enhance our campaign-tracking and performance analytics

  • Identify opportunities to accelerate Savvy’s growth and assist with the Growth roadmap

Must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Ops, BizOps, Sales Ops, or similar roles (open to other backgrounds)

  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in Google Sheets / Excel; SQL a plus

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zapier, and data enrichment tools

  • Clear communicator with a bias for action and learning

  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment: adaptable, curious, and self-directed

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to pricing, contracting, or margin analysis

  • Scripting or coding experience (Python or Javascript)

  • Experience in financial services or fintech

  • Experience with consumption-based pricing models or strategies

  • Prior work on go-to-market data infrastructure or analytics

Additional Information:

Savvy Wealth is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering an inclusive work environment that values diversity and individual contributions.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and equity package

  • Unlimited PTO + paid company holidays

  • Access to best in class medical, dental, and vision plans

  • Company 401(k), Commuter, and HSA/FSA plans

  • NYC office in the heart of Manhattan

  • Lunch, dinner, and snacks provided in the office

  • Parental leave coverage (8 weeks) and support (Tilt)

  • Access to virtual mental health care (Spring Health), vision related benefits (XP Health), and health concierge (Rightway) to help you find the right care

  • Access to counseling for stress management, dependent care, nutrition, fitness, legal, and financial issues (Guardian WorkLifeMatters EAP)
