About Savvy:

Wealth management is a $545 billion industry in the US, yet remains archaic and inefficient with low technology penetration. 75% of financial advisors don’t offer digital communication beyond email, and 62% still build financial plans manually in Excel. This leads to a poor client experience and results in financial advisors spending over 70% of their time on non-client facing, manual work.

Savvy is changing that. We’re building the most advisor-centric platform in wealth management: a digital-first solution that modernizes human financial advice. Advisors who partner with Savvy tap into AI-powered software, automated sales and marketing, and seamless back office workflows to scale faster and spend more time with clients.

We’ve raised over $105M to date from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Canvas Ventures, Mark Casady (former LPL Financial CEO), and other top-tier investors. Our team is made up of repeat founders and operators who’ve helped build Airbnb, Square, Brex, Carta, Facebook, $200B+ RIAs, and more.

Savvy is at a pivotal point in its growth trajectory, having established strong product-market fit in providing a modern platform to financial advisors. We’ve surpassed $2.2 billion in AUM in less than three years, grown 600%+ in the last 18 months, and are entering the next phase of the company which involves rapid expansion of our product offering and continued revenue growth. Come help us scale!

The Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join Savvy at a high-growth inflection point and play a critical role in scaling our organization. As Senior Recruiter, you will own high-impact searches across the entire breadth of our business while building the recruiting fundamentals that will power our next stage of growth. You’ll partner closely with leaders and the executive team to define top talent profiles, create a seamless candidate experience, and implement processes and tools that make hiring faster, better, and more consistent.

Your work will directly shape the caliber of talent driving Savvy’s revenue growth — and by maintaining a high hiring bar while scaling quickly, you’ll be instrumental in helping us achieve our ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for priority roles, from intake to offer, ensuring speed, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Partner with executive leaders to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles that align with Savvy’s business objectives.

  • Build and document scalable recruiting workflows, tools, and templates that enable consistency and efficiency across the hiring process.

  • Create compelling outreach and role-specific messaging that elevates Savvy’s employer brand and increases candidate engagement.

  • Track and report on recruiting KPIs (time to fill, source of hire, offer acceptance, pipeline health) to inform leadership decisions.

  • Coach hiring managers and interviewers on best practices for structured interviewing, evaluation, and closing top talent.

Must Have:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on both GTM and technical roles in high-growth startups or SaaS.

  • You’re a proactive sourcer who thrives in competitive talent markets and can creatively attract passive candidates.

  • You have experience building recruiting processes and implementing tools in a scaling environment.

  • You balance speed with quality, knowing when to push for urgency and when to hold the line on the hiring bar.

  • You are data-driven and use metrics to assess pipeline health and improve hiring strategies.

  • You’re collaborative, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to have:

  • Experience recruiting in fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth tech companies.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem).

  • Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience.
