Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Germany. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, a deep understanding of the German market, and be fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage as it will facilitate communication with key teams in HQ.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement growth strategies tailored to the German market to drive customer acquisition and retention.
● Identify and establish new local acquisition channels to expand our reach within the German market.
● Conduct market research and analyze data specific to Germany to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns.
● Lead sales-driven marketing campaigns, using data to monitor progress and ensure overall success. Focus on achieving growth objectives and continually optimizing efforts to meet or surpass targets.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both locally and at headquarters, to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure consistent messaging.
● Facilitate efficient communication between the German office and headquarters, translating and interpreting materials as needed.
● Build and maintain relationships with key local partners and influencers to enhance brand visibility and growth.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing and the local market landscape in Germany.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
● Proven experience in growth or business development roles, with a strong focus on the German market.
● Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in German is highly preferred.
● Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
● High numerical sensitivity and strong analytical capabilities.
● Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
● Deep understanding of the German market and culture is essential.
