We set new standards with our game-changing product and are a driving force within pop-culture. We are looking for a Product Manager of Financial Systems to join us in advancing the industry forward.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Product Manager for the company’s financial systems (ERP + Reporting Tools)
• Act as the primary contact for all development changes requested by Finance and Accounting
• Lead requirements gathering with a technical understanding of how the solution will be built and utilized
• Proactively engage with Accounting on impactful business changes in revenue management and taxation
• Lead roadmap efforts to ensure the current stakeholder priorities are in line with development timeline
• Triage all requests made by stakeholders and detail product specifications and business requirements using an Agile approach, executed through standard Scrum board
• Ensure proper change management is employed to communicate meaningful changes with a migration plan when system changes are made
• Align with cross-functional teams on changes that impact intercompany management and subsidiary controls.
• Work closely with internal development resources to ensure project expectations are effectively communicated and understood by all teams
• Perform UAT on new features, including functional and regression testing
• Build reporting and alerting processes within necessary applications
• Help design, document, and maintain system processes
• Communicate on key insights/findings, common sources of technical issues or questions, and make recommendations to solve
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve functionality and deliver a great experience to the financial organization within SKIMS
• Identify the differences in opportunities to execute small tasks independently, and when to leverage development resources and automation
  
  

Desired Relative Experience

• Extensive hands-on experience with business software
• Experience with NetSuite (ERP)
• Familiar with Intercompany, Multi-Entity Accounting
• Experience building reports and dashboards in Looker
• Familiar with GAAP accounting and audit practices
• Extensive understanding of unified retail experience (omnichannel fulfillment)
• Experience working with 3PL and Retail integrations
• Basic understanding of Wholesale fulfillment and processes
• A functional understanding of tax systems
• Familiar with IPaaS tools such as Celigo (IntegratorIO)
• Familiar with SDLC procedures
• General understanding of best practices and business process in Finance and Accounting
• CPA Certification highly desired but not required
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 - 3 Years’ experience as a Product Manager for financial systems
• 2 – 3 Years’ experience working in multi-subsidiary ERP system and intracompany transactions
• Experience with POS and retails systems and processes
• Project Management, Systems Implementation, and Systems Integration experience
• Extensive experience with SaaS platforms
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
