We set new standards with our game-changing product and are a driving force within pop-culture. We are looking for a Director of Payroll, Benefits and Total Rewards to join us in advancing the Company forward.
Overview:
The Director of Payroll, Benefits, and Total Rewards plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing all aspects related to employee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes within an organization. This position involves strategic planning, policy development, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
Oversee the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and benefits.
Stay informed about tax regulations, labor laws, and other compliance requirements related to payroll.
Benefits Administration:
Develop, implement, and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Stay updated on industry trends to recommend competitive and attractive benefit packages.
Total Rewards Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
Analyze market trends and benchmarking data to ensure the organization's compensation and benefits packages remain competitive.
Policy Development And Compliance:
Develop and update policies related to payroll, benefits, and total rewards.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing compensation and benefits.
Communication And Education:
Communicate changes in compensation and benefits programs to employees.
Provide education and support to employees regarding their compensation, benefits, and total rewards.
Data Analysis And Reporting:
Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
Generate reports and insights to assist in strategic decision-making.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other relevant departments to align compensation and benefits strategies with overall organizational goals.
Qualifications:
$150,000.00 - $185,000.00 a year

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related accounting field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) may be preferred.
- Several years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, and total rewards management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, taxation, and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align compensation strategies with organizational objectives.
