We set new standards with our game-changing product and are a driving force within pop-culture. We are looking for a Production Manager to join us in advancing the industry forward.

The Production Manager oversees all end-to-end production operations for Intimates, Shapewear, Swim, and Accessories. This role ensures the timely, high-quality delivery of seasonal product launches through strong vendor management, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate combines technical production expertise with strategic vision—streamlining processes, mentoring team members, and driving measurable results across multiple categories.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

· Lead daily production operations from PO readiness through final delivery.
· Manage, coach, and develop a team of Production Assistants and Coordinators—driving accountability, growth, and continuous improvement across internal and external partners.
· Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
· Provide strategic problem-solving to achieve optimal production results—removing obstacles, providing tools, and ensuring smooth departmental operations.
· Own and manage team meetings with clear agendas, action items, and timely escalations.

Production Operations

· Manage all Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
· Track and report on production KPIs, including calendar accuracy, TNA adherence, inspection completion, and booking and clearance schedules.
· Resolve production issues proactively to maintain high on-time performance.
· Oversee bulk approvals, TOP reviews, cost engineering, and risk escalation management.
· Maintain milestone visibility through weekly status meetings and reporting dashboards for leadership.
· Negotiate timelines and actions to ensure on-time delivery.
· Manage PO readiness, including garment testing, final costing, and pre-production (PP) approval.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Partner closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Planning, Operations, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution.
· Align production timelines and priorities with design, sourcing, and merchandising objectives.
· Foster strong relationships with domestic and international vendors to ensure timely execution and effective issue resolution.

Process & System Management

· Implement process improvements to streamline communication and reduce operational bottlenecks.
· Ensure data integrity within Netsuite, WFX, PLM, and Excel for accurate reporting and audit readiness.
· Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) that support team scalability and business growth.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

· 6–8+ years of apparel production experience, preferably within intimates, shapewear, swimwear, or lifestyle categories.
· Strong understanding of garment construction, costing, and full production lifecycles.
· Proven ability to manage multiple categories and overlapping timelines in a fast-paced environment.
· Demonstrated leadership in improving operational efficiency through process optimization.
· Proficiency in Microsoft 365, PLM (WFX), ERP (Netsuite), and other production tracking tools.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.

· 100% on-time delivery of POs and production milestones.
· Improved TNA adherence and reduced production delays.
· Effective and timely escalation management.
· Leadership visibility through accurate KPI tracking and reporting.
· Achievement of team performance and development benchmarks.

Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 / year
