We are looking for an Associate Inbound Manager to join our Operations team and help advance the industry forward.


In this role, you will support the management and optimization of inbound operations across our distribution network. You will oversee the coordination and execution of inbound shipments, working closely with suppliers, carriers, warehouse partners, and internal logistics teams to ensure inventory flows efficiently, accurately, and on time into our distribution centers.


As an Associate Inbound Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing inbound standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will act as a key point of escalation for inbound-related issues and partner closely with the Inbound Manager to support capacity planning, vendor compliance, and operational excellence.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of inbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of goods across distribution centers.
  • Coordinate and oversee inbound shipment execution, acting as a primary point of contact for vendors, carriers, and internal logistics partners.
  • Monitor daily inbound receipts, transfers, and documentation, ensuring system accuracy, SLA adherence, and compliance with receiving standards.
  • Review daily receiving priorities and adjust plans based on replenishment needs, demand fluctuations, and operational constraints.
  • Track inventory receiving and put-away status, proactively identifying issues and escalating to the Operations team or Inbound Manager for resolution.
  • Partner with vendors, carriers, and logistics teams to forecast deliveries and support inbound capacity planning.
  • Communicate shipment status, risks, delays, and resolutions to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections of inbound shipments, packaging, and product accuracy to ensure vendor compliance and quality standards are met.
  • Analyze inbound performance data and create reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Proactively identify potential inbound and supply chain risks, collaborating with the Inbound Manager to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of standardized inbound processes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices, compliance requirements, and operational trends related to shipping and receiving, applying insights to improve inbound performance.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven problem-solving and team building skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are required.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be highly detail oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment and able to independently prioritize work to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite, Smartsheet, Power Bi(recommended)
  • Years of experience required: Min. 2-3 years. (experience in a fashion industry is a plus.)

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 / year
