Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

The Global Alliances and Channels team focuses on building, supporting, and going to market with professional services firms including systems integrators, consultancies, and managed services providers. We also lead go-to-market initiatives with our strategic technology alliance partners such as SAP, SFDC, Adobe, commercetools, and others. Our team helps Stripe increase the GDP of the internet by ensuring users have access to the broadest set of solutions using the Stripe platform and the deepest set of technology and industry experts. At the same time, we work to ensure our partners and Stripe build large, mutually beneficial businesses together.

What you’ll do

As a Program Manager on the A&C Programs team, you'll drive initiatives that bridge Stripe's technical teams, professional services, and partner ecosystem. You'll design and execute programs that enhance technical capabilities across our partner network, build communities of technical advocates, and ensure partners can deliver high-quality Stripe implementations at scale.

Your work will directly impact Stripe's ability to capture larger and more complex enterprise deals by ensuring we have technically proficient partners who can successfully implement our solutions. You'll collaborate closely with Partner Solution Architects (PSAs), Professional Services, Product teams, and regional PDMs to build and nurture a community of technical champions within our partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global expansion with ProServ to scale partner implementation capabilities and drive utilization
  • Execute the Stripe Advocates Program, coordinating with PSAs to identify, recognize, and engage technical champions within our partner ecosystem
  • Establish and manage the Partner Advisory Board, creating a structured forum for gathering strategic input from key technical leaders
  • Drive the Specializations program and its evolution to a comprehensive competency framework that validates partner technical capabilities
  • Manage the PSA advisory team focused on implementation support for partners
  • Design and implement technical community building initiatives that foster knowledge sharing and capability development across partners
  • Design and implement measurement frameworks to track the impact of technical programs on implementation quality, solution development, and activation success
