WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Own and drive the customer acquisition strategy for partnerships and affiliate marketing programs across Germany and Austria
• Own performance management, publisher sourcing, negotiations and onboarding to ensure continued progress towards growth targets
• Oversee and nurture partner relationships
• Partner closely with the data organisation in improving tracking capabilities and measuring the effectiveness
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams across growth marketing, brand, social, PR and product
  
  
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 6+ years of experience as Affiliate/ Partnerships Manager in a business-to-consumer and/or app-first business
• 3+ years of relevant experience at a high-growth technology company
• Analytical mindset - i.e. you have experience with automating reports and you are confident in excel)
• Experience in managing external partners and vendors
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; thrives in highly collaborative projects, effective at building consensus, and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment
• You are proficient in English and German
