Regulatory Reporting Manager

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Responsible for our regulatory reports and disclosures across various jurisdictions (e.g. Pillar 1, EU and German statistical reporting, Pillar 3, …)
- Analyze and implement new regulatory requirements and define corresponding data requirements
- Work independently on the continuous improvement and automation of our processes, controls and data quality
- Own interdisciplinary projects and take responsibility for regulatory issues (e.g. new product processes, expansion into new markets, etc.)
- Act as a point of contact point for our partners and regulatory authorities
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Completed studies related to finance, accounting, law, engineering or data science
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a bank in regulatory reporting or in consulting / auditing at a Big Four
- Reliable with an eye for detail and strong communication skills
- Independent way of working and desire for a dynamic environment in a rapidly growing organization
- Experience with a reporting software is an advantage
- Internal communication within the team is mainly in English, German is a plus
