turbopuffer is looking for an executive assistant to support our CTO and handle ops in our NYC hub. We're scaling fast and need someone who can take the operational load off his plate. We are looking for someone based in NYC to work hybrid in our office downtown with occasional travel to Ottawa and SF.
what you'll do:

run point on the CTO's calendar, travel, and inbox
manage a high volume schedule across time zones and competing priorities
plan travel end-to-end: flights, hotels, ground, and itineraries
triage his inbox so nothing important slips by

partner with the CEO's EA on cross company work
evolve new hire onboarding process
plan events like customer dinners and company offsites
manage ops for the NYC office
must have:

you've worked as an EA, chief of staff, or in a similar operations role
you've managed calendars, inboxes, and travel for senior people at high volume
you can juggle multiple senior stakeholders and competing priorities without dropping the ball
judgment: you catch the things others miss
operator: you see the gap and fill it, no task is too small
typist: you write well and can represent the CTO clearly in any thread
human: you build trust quickly

prior experience supporting a technical founder or engineering leader
