SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced GTM Strategy & Planning Manager to join our GTM Strategic Programs team and drive Wiz’s market expansion efforts. Reporting to the Director of GTM Strategy & Planning, you will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives focused on optimizing GTM systems, enhancing organizational communications, and evolving critical business processes. In this highly visible role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and a key connector across Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Excellence, and Marketing. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape strategic direction, influence decision-making, and directly contribute to Wiz’s continued growth and market leadership.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Strategic Program Leadership: Own and execute select end-to-end GTM transformation programs, aligning initiatives with broader business objectives and ensuring delivery of measurable outcomes.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Design and implement frameworks that foster alignment, transparency, and engagement between GTM teams and key stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Influence: Partner with leaders across Wiz teams to guide the development and execution of cohesive go-to-market strategies.
- Process Innovation & Scalability: Identify, design, and lead implementation of scalable processes that improve operational efficiency, increase agility, and support rapid growth across the GTM organization.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 8+ years of progressive experience in GTM strategy, business operations, or strategic project management, ideally within high-growth SaaS environments or top-tier consulting.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Deep experience in translating complex data into strategic insights; proficiency in Tableau and Salesforce is a strong plus.
- Superior communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, make sound decisions under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism and impact.

Compensation
Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.
